AusAID Young Ambassadors for Development - This site provides information about becoming a Youth Ambassador and the Youth Ambassador Development program - placing skilled young Australian volunteers, aged 18-30, on short-term assignments in developing countries throughout Asia and the Pacific.

Five Minutes to Midnight - A free online publication produced by young people about world issues and human rights. This site offers young people a free subscription to the publication, the opportunity to be involved in online forums and to submit personal articles.

Oxfam International Youth Parliament - The Oxfam International Youth Parliament (Oxfam IYP) supports a network of young leaders in 150 countries to work for positive and lasting change in their communities.

OzQuest - A non-profit program that runs short-term expeditions overseas for 18-30 year olds. Every expedition combines adventure travel with community service and /or research. The expeditions allow you to 'get off the tourist trail' and get into the community and environment.

Resistance - A socialist youth organisation which campaigns for social justice and against sexism, racism and environmental destruction.

Ship for World Youth Australia - The program is an initiative of the Prime Minister's Office within the Government of Japan. It is an international exchange bringing together young people from nations around the world, and encouraging international cooperation, understanding, and friendship between the youth of Japan and other nations. TakingITGlobal - TakingITGlobal.org is a global online community, providing youth with inspiration to make a difference, a source of information on issues, opportunities to take action, and a bridge to get involved locally, nationally and globally.

World Education Program (WEP) Australia - A not-for-profit secondary student exchange organisation registered with the education department to help high school students aged 14 to 19 to live and study overseas.

Youth For Understanding (YFU) International Youth Exchange - Australia - Established more than 25 years ago, this private, nonprofit educational organization is dedicated to promoting international understanding and world peace through exchange programs for high school students. Information is provided about available programs for young people in Australia as well a the application process.

MEDLEY MAG - MEDLEY MAG is a new e-zine putting the spotlight on the young people who make up our culturally and linguistically diverse society. It gives a “voice” to Australia’s youth, acting as an ongoing tool of empowerment, participation and positive community contribution.
