Bravado Youth Film Festival

This year the Bravado Youth Film Festival will be launched as an interactive online forum! Young people aged 12-25 are encouraged to submit a short film (no longer then 5min long) on a topic of their choice! All films need to be of a PG rating to be entered into the festival.

All films are due to be submitted by Monday 2nd November 2009. Youth Services can provide FREE access to filming equipment to assist young people to produce their films.

All entrants received will be placed on our website (www.yrys.com) by the 1st of December 2009 for public viewing. Community members will be able to vote for their favourite film.

Prizes are available in three different categories:

• People's Choice Award (determined by most votes)
• Critics' Choice Award - determined by an external panel
• Encouragement Award - determined by Youth Serrvices
